At World Human Evolution Int Fdn Solutions, we are committed to delivering professional and efficient consultancy services to our clients. This Service Delivery Policy explains how our online consultation services are scheduled, delivered, and fulfilled.
1. Service Delivery Method
All consultancy services provided by World Human Evolution Int Fdn Solutions are delivered online through virtual consultation sessions.
Consultation sessions may be conducted via video conferencing platforms such as:
- Zoom
- Google Meet
- Microsoft Teams
- Other mutually agreed communication platforms
Clients will receive the meeting link and session details after their consultation booking has been confirmed.
2. Booking Confirmation
Once a consultation session has been booked and payment (if applicable) has been successfully completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the client containing:
- Consultation date and time
- Meeting platform details
- Access link for the online consultation session
- Additional preparation information if necessary
3. Service Delivery Timeframe
Consultation sessions will be delivered according to the scheduled appointment time agreed upon during the booking process.
If the consultancy service includes reports, strategy summaries, or additional recommendations, these materials will typically be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following the consultation session unless otherwise specified.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth consultation experience, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact information during booking
- Joining the consultation session on time
- Ensuring stable internet access during the session
- Providing relevant information needed for the consultation
Late arrival may result in reduced consultation time depending on the remaining availability of the consultant.
5. Rescheduling
Clients who need to reschedule a consultation session should notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability.

6. Technical Issues
If a consultation session cannot proceed due to technical issues on our side, we will offer the option to:
- Reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time, or
- Provide an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.
