1. Consultation Fees

All consultation sessions must be booked in advance and may require payment prior to the scheduled appointment. Payment confirms your reservation for the selected consultation time.


2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel or reschedule a consultation session by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

If a cancellation request is received within the required notice period, clients may choose to:

  • Reschedule the session to another available time, or
  • Request a refund of the consultation fee.

3. Late Cancellation or No-Show

If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or fails to attend the consultation session without prior notice, the consultation fee will not be refundable.

This policy helps ensure fairness and allows us to allocate time effectively for all clients.


4. Completed Consultation Sessions

Once a consultation session has been conducted or completed, the service is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be provided.


5. Technical Issues

If a consultation session cannot proceed due to technical issues on our side (such as platform failure or connectivity issues), clients will be offered the option to:

  • Reschedule the session, or
  • Receive a full refund.

6. Service Scope

Our consultation services provide professional guidance and advisory based on experience and industry knowledge. While we aim to deliver valuable insights and strategies, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results.
